Spotlight Business - Physical Finesse

Physical Finesse were the first business we welcomed into our newly refurbished Engine Room.  They are a Physiotherapy practice offering 1:1 reformer Pilates sessions, small group reformer Pilates classes (3:1), Physiotherapy appointments and sports massage.

Hannah Barrett, the founder of Physical Finesse, chose Physiotherapy after being involved in a serious car accident.  She went back to university at the age of 26 to retrain, winning multiple awards in the process.  She opened her first small studio in 2023 in Romilly Road, Barry where she offered reformer Pilates 1:1 sessions and personal training. Following a successful few years Hannah decided to expand the business in 2025, creating a new studio at the Engine Room and taking on two additional Physiotherapists.

We are delighted Hannah chose the Engine Room for the next stage of her business journey, Hannah and her team have created a warm, welcoming space for their customers.  There is no age limit, currently their youngest member is just 19 and their oldest 76!

Whether recovering from an injury, seeking a personal trainer, or exploring unique and bespoke reformer Pilates sessions and fitness classes, Physical Finesse have a lot to offer.
